Warranty Policy

All the functional defective parts we offer for a replacement or payment refund within 180 days from the original purchase date. The warranty period covers any defects in the material or the workmanship of the product. Warranty does not cover any manual damages or already used products.Any product returned within warranty period will be eligible for a refund or a replacement. ( Noted: All 1Evertech ‘s merchandize are with a unique warranty stamp. All the items removing the 1Evertech unique warranty stamp will not be accepted.)

Returing of the defective parts:

If returning a defective part under warranty, you must contact our after-sales team at service@1evertech.com firstly. We will let you know how to return and which address you should return. ( Note: About return address, you should contact and get from us. It's not the commercial address published on our website )
